Shipping Policy for O-Live Store

1. Shipping Coverage We currently offer shipping to all major governorates and cities across Egypt. We are working on expanding our delivery network to reach more locations soon.

2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Delivery Estimates Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Cairo & Giza: 2-3 business days.

  • Alexandria & Delta Cities: 3-4 business days.

  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions on orders above a certain value (e.g., Orders over 1000 EGP).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS once your order has shipped. This notification will include your tracking number (if available via our courier partner).

6. Product Integrity & Handling Given the natural nature of our products (Glass bottles/Liquid content), we take extra care in packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.
